I grew up in rural Tennessee, where I learned to love reading and the outdoors because there was never anything good on the four tv channels. I got a bachelor’s degree in history and started a career in copywriting.
A serial hobbyist, I started coding just for fun but liked it so much I eventually transitioned to developing websites and applications full time. I like learning every day and solving problems with code in interesting ways.
When I'm not working, I'm undertaking ill-advised DIY and craft projects, making disasters happen in the kitchen, traipsing around in the woods with my dog and walking squarely into door frames.
