Join Larabelles
Larabelles is a community for
PHP
and
Laravel
developers
under-represented due to their gender.
Whether you are a student, changing careers, or any number of
years into writing PHP, you are welcome here.
Tell us a little about yourself and become part of the
community.
Larabelles is only for women and people who do not identify
as men. A community and directory for people of all genders
is
Laradevs.
What you get as a member
A Discord full of people like you
Ask questions, share wins, find collaborators, or
just lurk. The nice, relaxed kind of networking.
Conference tickets and travel support
We regularly give away tickets to PHP and Laravel
conferences, and help members with the cost of
getting there.
A mentoring program
Get paired with a mentor when you need one —
or become one yourself and pass it on.
An optional public profile
Tick one box and you get a page in the
directory
where organisers, podcasters, and hiring managers
come looking. Leave it unticked to join the
community quietly.
Visibility for your work
Our socials and the
Larabelles Podcast
exist to amplify what our members build, write, and
speak about.
The community newsletter
Upcoming giveaways, events, and member news, sent
when there's something worth saying.
Good to know
Who can join
Anyone in the PHP and Laravel world who does not
identify as a man, at any stage of their career,
anywhere in the world. If you're a man and want to help,
you can
support us
instead.
What becomes public
Only what's on your directory profile: name, job title,
bio, links, and photo — and it appears in the
directory once you've added that photo. Skip the
directory and nothing about you is published. Either
way, your email address stays private.
It's free. Always.
No membership fees, no hidden costs. Just an open
community of people in the same boat as you.
Email you can turn off
Members can opt in to hear about any news and upcoming
giveaways. You only hear from us if you want to.
Here as an ally?
Lovely to have you. You can support what we do by sponsoring
us, or by passing this page on to someone in your network
who would love to join.
