I am from the Dallas, Texas area. My journey into tech is a long story, let’s just say it took me forever and a bootcamp to finally land a position within the industry about five years after I wanted to 😅.

I started out as a Full Stack Developer and later transitioned to work primarily on backend a few years ago. For the last two years, I have been a Backend Software Engineer at a local company working on their application using Laravel and MySQL. I am excited to be starting a new gig in May where I will continue to use Laravel and be a part of another awesome team!

I enjoy making YouTube videos and spreading my knowledge to others in the tech industry, listening to music, watching various movie genres on Netflix, spending time with my family and laughing at my bad jokes 😄.
