I’m Tilly, a Danish developer and educator living in England. I started programming at 13 and have been using Laravel since version 5.

Through my YouTube channel, Tilly The Coder, and my website, I share practical tutorials and courses covering Laravel, Filament, Livewire, Vue and NativePHP. I’ve published more than 500 videos, often teaching through complete projects so people can see how everything fits together. In October 2024, I was named one of the first Filament Ambassadors. I also created Glassy, a glassmorphism theme for Filament.

I’m currently building ZXN Studio, a screen recorder and multi-track video editor for Mac built with Laravel and NativePHP. It brings together two long-standing interests of mine: programming and video editing. After spending years making tutorials and switching between recording and editing tools, I wanted to build something that brought the process together.

My other projects include JabKeeper, a privacy-focused tracking app for people taking GLP-1 medication. Both apps are featured in the NativePHP showcase.

I’ve also spoken at Laravel London about using AI in my development workflow. Outside of coding and making videos, I’m a big Star Wars fan and have watched almost everything in the franchise!
